By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service.
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

Data Handling and Repository Usage
- No Code Storage or Modification: Our application does not store or modify any source code from your connected repositories. We will not alter, edit, or push changes to your connected repositories.
- Storage of Pull Request Diffs: We only store the diff from Pull Requests for analytical purposes. This allows us to evaluate the quality of the code changes, but no full source files are stored.
- AI Processing and Data Transmission: Our current AI model is ChatGPT, provided by OpenAI. By creating an account and using our Service, you also agree to OpenAI's Terms of Use, available at OpenAI Terms of Use. Our application only sends the diff from Pull Requests to ChatGPT for analysis and does not send any full source files or repository data.

GitHub Account Authorization
By connecting your GitHub account to our Service, you represent and warrant that you have full authorization and legal rights to connect and use the associated repositories with our Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your usage complies with any agreements or regulations related to your GitHub account and repositories.

Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and software associated with the Service are the intellectual property of Codespect or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Fees and Payments
Access to some features of our Service may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as specified when you sign up for a paid service. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Szczecin, Poland.
